Returns & Exchanges
We strive for complete satisfaction with our chipboard boxes and folding cartons; however, if your order does not meet your requirements, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or specialty-sized cartons are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Securely
Place the unused boxes in their original flat-packed bundles and ensure they are protected from moisture or crushing during transit.
Ship the Items
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container and send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the inventory is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
